Secrets By Amaar seeks a Store Manager to lead our Sunshine Plaza boutique, driving sales, mentoring a 2-5 person team, and delivering exceptional luxury service. You will oversee daily operations, styling, and customer engagement to elevate the brand experience.

With 3+ years in sales leadership and jewellery knowledge, you will foster a high-performance culture, build lasting client relationships, and champion our sustainable luxury narrative. This role offers base pay with uncapped bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience.
• Must have some jewellery experience.
• Track record of team development and business growth.
• Experience managing teams of 2-5 people.
• Passion for premium customer service.
• Charisma, communication, and confidence that lights up the room.
• Attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire the store team to achieve targets and maintain a results-driven culture.
• Own the sales performance, drive targets, and identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver luxury customer experiences with product expertise and meticulous service.
• Grow the business by building lasting customer relationships and encouraging repeat visits.
• Oversee daily store operations including visual merchandising, inventory, rostering, and brand standards.
