Job summary

e&s is seeking a friendly, customer-focused sales assistant to join our Essendon showroom. You’ll pair product knowledge with tailored solutions for every customer who walks through our doors.

This permanent part-time role is 0.8FTE over four days (Friday to Monday) with penalty rates. Join JB Hi-Fi Group and access staff discounts, training, and career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Connect with people and guide them through their purchase journey.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their needs, then recommend the perfect kitchen, bathroom and laundry solutions.
• Manage the customer journey end-to-end—from quotation through to sale, coordinating delivery and installation, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships—at e&s, we create customers for life.
• Stay up to date with product and systems knowledge through our comprehensive training and support.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment (and have some fun along the way!).

Job Description

Join the team in our show-stopping Essendon showroom and bring our customers’ dream kitchens, bathrooms and laundries to life. As a key member of our sales team, you’ll deliver first-class service by pairing deep product knowledge with tailored solutions for every customer who walks through our doors.
