Job summary

PVH Brands Australia is hiring a Full-Time Store Manager for the CALVIN KLEIN team at HARBOURTOWN OUTLET GOLD COAST, QLD. The role requires leadership in-store, driving sales, managing staff and visual merchandising to meet brand standards.

You will oversee KPI performance, stock control, and customer experience while mentoring a team and upholding grooming and presentation standards. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/management experience in customer service or retail apparel.
• Experience achieving KPI's including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops.
• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management with ability to recruit, mentor and motivate a team.
• Strong attention to detail with stock management and visual merchandising.

About You

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
