Job summary

PVH is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the CALVIN KLEIN team at BRISBANE DFO, QLD 4008. You will lead a high-performing sales team, drive excellent customer service, and ensure store standards.

This role focuses on achieving KPI targets, managing stock and visual merchandising, mentoring staff, and contributing to growth opportunities within PVH's global brands.

• Previous supervisory/management experience in retail apparel or customer service.
• Experience achieving KPI targets including sales, wage budgets, and store metrics.

We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our CALVIN KLEIN team at BRISBANE DFO, QLD 4008.

About You

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
• Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shopsExcellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
