Job summary

Highgrove Bathrooms Pty is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Cannington showroom, driving sales, leading a team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This full-time role combines leadership with hands-on operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll oversee daily store functions, coaching staff, managing rosters, and ensuring top showroom standards while maintaining compliance with WH&S policies and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and team results.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Confident using POS systems, Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
• Hands-on approach to support all areas of store operations.
• Availability to work Saturdays as part of a roster.
• Experience in bathroom, plumbing, hardware, renovation or interior retail is highly regarded.

We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Store Manager to lead our retail showroom in Cannington. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys driving sales, developing teams, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Physical Requirements of the Role

This role includes both showroom and operational responsibilities and involves regular standing, walking and manual handling tasks, including safely lifting and moving products up to 15–20kg.
