Job summary

Highgrove Bathrooms in Victoria is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant for a full-time permanent role. This hands-on retail position combines showroom sales, customer service, stock handling and general store operations.

You’ll join a fast-paced team, greet customers, provide product advice, process sales, maintain displays and handle deliveries and stock movements. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused mindset and availability to work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, team‑oriented approach.
• Confident with computer systems and POS software.
• Able to multitask in a busy retail environment.
• Availability to work Saturdays as part of a roster.

We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in a full-time permanent position. This is a hands-on retail role that combines showroom sales, customer service, stock handling and general store operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Experience or interest in interiors, renovation or bathroom products will be highly regarded.

Physical Requirements of the Role

This role includes a combination of showroom and warehouse duties and involves regular standing, walking and manual handling tasks, including safely lifting and moving products up to 15–20kg.
