• Previous leadership experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or similar retail leadership role
• Experience coaching and developing team members to achieve results
• Confidence managing or contributing to store performance, labour planning and rostering

• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to develop others

Optical experience is welcomed but not essential.
