As a business leader, you’ll collaborate with the Area Manager to maximise growth, recruit and onboard talent, and create a fun, people‑first culture that motivates the team to achieve

Qualifications

• Experience in building high-performance teams and delivering brand vision.
• Track record of driving sales and KPI improvements in fast-paced retail environments.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop large teams of brand ambassadors.
• Experience in rostering and wage control to manage store costs.

Responsibilities

• Running a multimillion dollar store you will be required to drive our financial sales goals and metrics.
• Delivering on the brand vison and strategy
• Ensure that our customer is at the core of our everyday business decisions, and we provide MEMORABLE experiences 100% of the time
• Create a people first culture and environment by empowering and developing talent within your team
• Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results
• Recruitment selection and onboarding of all new team within your store
• Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience to our consumer in-store through preparation of online orders
• Ensure your store shows up as best in class through Visual Merchandising excellence
• Ensure our stores are not only a FUN but safe place for our customers and team
