Job summary

Hype DC Belconnen is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our premium retail team, delivering the brand vision and achieving operational excellence. You will cultivate a high-performance culture, drive sales, and ensure memorable customer experiences.

As a hands-on leader, you will be on the floor 80% of your week, coach and develop a large team of brand ambassadors, and collaborate with Area/State leadership to grow the business while maintaining a world-class store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in premium, fast-paced retail with proven sales KPI results.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and develop a large team of brand ambassadors.
• Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for future growth.
• Experience in rosters and achieving cost efficiency metrics.
• Passion for delivering best in class customer experiences.
