Job summary

Hype DC Townsville is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the store alongside the Area Manager, delivering the brand vision and building a high-performance team. You will drive sales, ensure memorable customer experiences, and manage in-store operations with a focus on people development and omni-channel initiatives.

You will coach and develop a large team of brand ambassadors, recruit staff, and aim for operational excellence while maintaining a safe, fun store environment.

Qualifications

• Be a team player who drives excellence across Sales, Operations and Loss Prevention.
• Experience delivering best-in-class memorability and brand ambassadorship.
• Retail Store Manager experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated and driven ‘Make it Happen’ attitude.
• Ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and drive sales/KPIs.
• Experience effectively managing rosters and wage control.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and execute the brand vision and store strategy.

• Recruitment, selection and onboarding of all store team members.
• Provide coaching, support and feedback to drive results.
