You will drive store sales, coach ambassadors, manage rosters, and ensure memorable customer experiences while upholding safety and store standards.

As a business leader, you’ll collaborate with the Area Manager to maximise growth, recruit and onboard talent, and create a fun, people‑first culture that motivates the team to achieve

Qualifications

• Experience in building high-performance teams and delivering brand vision.
• Track record of driving sales and KPI improvements in fast-paced retail environments.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop large teams of brand ambassadors.
• Experience in rostering and wage control to manage store costs.

The Role:

We are looking for a business leader to join our retail store leadership team at Hype DC Tea Tree Plaza!

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a critical role delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable experiences for our customers and achieving operational excellence.

Being a business leader at Hype DC you work collaboratively with your Area Manager to deliver a people first culture within your store, maximise sales growth in the business you run and all whilst accelerating your personal career growth in a leadership role.
