Hype DC Tea Tree Plaza is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the retail leadership team. You will help deliver the brand vision, build a high-performance culture, create memorable customer experiences, and drive operational excellence within a multimillion-dollar store.

In this role, you will lead a large team, coach associates, recruit and onboard new staff, and ensure an omni-channel experience for customers both in-store and online, while upholding safety and world-class standards.
