Accent Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our flagship Hype DC at The District Outlet. You will lead a high-performance team, drive sales, and execute the brand vision while delivering memorable customer experiences.

You will be on the floor ~80% of the time, empower talent, and foster a world-class, vibrant store culture that aligns with brand standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in premium, fast-paced retail
• Experience delivering best-in-class customer experiences
• Proven ability to drive sales and KPI targets
• Leadership capable of coaching large teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to deliver brand vision
• Drive multimillion-dollar store metrics and sales goals
• Deliver omni-channel customer experiences in-store
• Maintain Visual Merchandising excellence and in-store standards
• Recruit, onboard and coach staff for performance
• Manage rosters and cost efficiency
• Ensure a safe, inclusive and high-energy store environment
