Hype DC Charlestown is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the leadership team in Charlestown Square, Hunter Region. You will work alongside the Store Manager and Area Manager to build an incredible team, create unforgettable customer experiences, and drive commercial results in a high-volume store.

Qualifications

Previous Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for sneakers, culture and people with a leadership mindset.
Ability to recruit, coach and develop a large team and drive KPIs.

Responsibilities

Create a WORLD CLASS team and a MAGICAL vibe within the store.
Lead the leadership of a multimillion-dollar business and drive sales KPIs.
Bring the Hype DC brand vision to life every day and deliver memorable customer experiences.
Maintain a fun, energetic, safe environment for customers and team members.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and roster management.
Deliver seamless omni-channel experiences with online orders fulfillment.
Collaborate with Store Manager and Area Manager to accelerate growth.
