ALDI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Australia to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and inspire a high-performing team. You will support the Store Manager with rostering, reporting, and delivering outstanding service to customers in a multi-million-dollar store.

You will coach and develop future leaders, maintain top standards of safety and cleanliness, manage stock, and contribute to a thriving, low-price shopping experience for Australians.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop the next generation of leaders by coaching team members.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and well-presented to customers.
• Manage stock, inventory, and shrink reduction.
• Assist on registers, stocking shelves, and merchandising promotions.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement ideas to boost store performance.
• Ensure smooth store operations, stepping up to run the store when the Store Manager is away.
