Country Road Group is seeking a Concession Manager for Mimco in Melbourne to lead a high-performing team and bring the Mimco brand to life. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, manage stock, and deliver financial growth while upholding CRG values.

You will attract and develop talent, foster a safe, engaging store environment, and communicate the brand strategy to your team. This role offers strong growth opportunities within CRG.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills in delivering an exceptional customer and team experience.
• Experience managing budgets and efficient rostering to optimise store performance.
• Proven track record in coaching and developing team capability.

Responsibilities

• Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
• Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
• Attract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group
• Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
• Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
• Role model Country Road Group (CRG) cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
