Country Road Group is seeking a Concession Manager for Mimco in Adelaide to lead a high-performing team and bring the Mimco brand to life. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, coach staff, manage stock and loss prevention, and foster talent development.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience.
• Ability to interpret budgets and financial reports to drive store performance.
• Experience in building capability and succession planning within a retail team.

Responsibilities

• Coach and provide regular feedback to the team on product knowledge and customer-led service.
• Lead store operations with emphasis on stock management and loss prevention.
• Attract, engage and retain talent; develop team capability and succession planning.
• Maintain a safe working environment and promote wellbeing for staff and customers.
• Communicate brand strategy and individual contribution to the team.
