Country Road Group is seeking a Concession Manager for Mimco in Adelaide to lead a high-performing team and bring the Mimco brand to life. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, coach staff, manage stock and loss prevention, and foster talent development.

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity designed to deliver strong store performance and brand growth. We value leadership, a passion for fashion, and an ability to build customer relationships through outstanding service.

Qualificações

• Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience.

How You Will Contribute

• Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
• Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
• Attract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group
• Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
• Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
• Role model Country Road Group (CRG) cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
