Country Road Group is seeking a Store Manager for Mimco to lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive financial growth within a multip-brand environment.

You will coach staff, manage stock and rosters, attract and retain talent, and promote wellbeing while modelling CRG cultural attributes to foster ownership and shared success across the brand portfolio.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience.
• Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.
• Attract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group.
• Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing.
• Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play.
• Role model Country Road Group (CRG) cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success.
