Kathmandu's Hobart Salamanca store is seeking a Full Time Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, shape culture and drive performance. You’ll set the store’s tone, guide daily operations, and ensure the brand’s adventure and sustainability values are lived by the team.

You’ll analyse KPIs, forecast demand, and develop people from ASM to junior staff, while building community partnerships and upholding safety, stock integrity and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strategic leadership setting store direction and culture.
• Advanced commercial acumen with KPI analysis, forecasting, and results focus.
• Proven ability to coach and develop leaders within a retail team.
• Strong governance on safety, compliance, stock integrity and brand standards.
• Experience building community partnerships and sustainability initiatives.
