• Develop people at every level - coaching your ASM and 3ICs, building capability, and creating a strong succession pipeline.
• Champion operational excellence - ensuring compliance, safety, stock integrity, and brand standards are consistently met.
• Build community connections - representing Kathmandu locally, forming partnerships, and championing sustainability initiatives that strengthen our reputation.
