Job summary

Kathmandu in Green Hills, Maitland NSW, is seeking a Full Time Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and uphold Kathmandu’s adventurous, sustainable brand. You’ll drive sales, set the store’s vision, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

You will coach the ASM and 3ICs, strengthen community partnerships, and champion safety, stock integrity, and customer experience. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and a proactive approach to grow the business.
