Job summary

Harris Scarfe is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in NSW Metro to lead the team, creating a warm, welcoming store environment and delivering on sales, service, and team culture. You will support the Store Manager across all areas of the business and set high standards in service, safety, and presentation.

You’ll train, coach, and support your team to build skills and confidence while overseeing stock handling, merchandising, and compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leadership or supervisor roles with retail or hospitality.
• People-first mindset with strong coaching and team-building skills.
• Great communication and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
• Confidence in visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Organised and efficient, with strong admin and IT skills.
• Full availability including weekends, and full working rights in Australia.
