Job summary

Harris Scarfe in Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a welcoming store environment and deliver on sales, service and team culture.

You will support the Store Manager across all business areas, lead by example in service and presentation, and train your team to build skills. Strong communication, planning and stock control are essential, with full weekend availability and retail rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervisor roles in retail or hospitality.
• People-first mindset with coaching and team-building skills.
• Strong communication and detail-oriented approach.
• Confidence in store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Organised with strong admin and IT skills.
• Full availability including weekends and Australian working rights.

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll help lead the team and bring the Harris Scarfe experience to life – creating a warm, welcoming store environment and delivering on sales, service, and team culture.
