Job summary

Harris Scarfe Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead the team and bring the Harris Scarfe experience to life—creating a welcoming store environment and delivering on sales, service, and team culture.

You will support the Store Manager across all areas, lead by example in service and presentation, and train your team to build confidence and capability, while overseeing stock handling, merchandising, and compliance to drive strong results.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervisor roles in retail or hospitality.
• People-first mindset with strong coaching and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Confidence in visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Organised and efficient with good admin and IT skills.
