Job summary

Harris Scarfe in Blacktown is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team, deliver the Harris Scarfe experience, and drive sales, service, and store presentation in a busy NSW location. You will support the Store Manager, set high standards, coach staff, oversee stock handling, merchandising and compliance, and help create a collaborative, inclusive team culture.

The role requires weekend availability, strong communication, and a hands-on leadership style; full working rights in

• Experience in leadership or supervisor roles in retail or hospitality.
• People-first mindset with strong coaching and team-building skills.
• Great communication and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
• Confidence in visual merchandising and store presentation.

• Previous experience in leadership or supervisor roles with retail or hospitality.
• A people-first mindset with strong coaching and team‑building skills
• Great communication and a calm, solutions‑focused approach
• Confidence in visual merchandising and store presentation
• Organised and efficient, with strong admin and IT skills
