Job summary

COS in Sydney is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a team and create exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor. You will drive service standards, coaching, and store presentation to bring the brand to life.

In this 3-month, 20-hour-per-week contract you will step into Store Manager duties when needed and collaborate with a passionate team to deliver personalised interactions and sales results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level customer service through styling advice, product knowledge, and engaging store experience.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to consistently achieve service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent, contributing to development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the best possible experience for every customer.
• Step into Store Manager when required to maintain leadership and performance.
