Job summary

Sonova in North Sydney, Australia is seeking a Store Auditor to join the Finance team. This permanent full-time role conducts store audits across Australia and New Zealand, tests internal controls, and supports global audit programs while travel remains around 20–30%.

You will work with store and sales teams to strengthen compliance and protect company results, with opportunities to travel to clinics and regional offices.

Qualifications

• Qualification in business, law or compliance with audit training.
• 4–5 years' professional experience in auditing or internal control.
• Strong numerical aptitude and understanding of business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual store audit planning based on risk and KPIs.
• Deliver on-site store audits across Australia and New Zealand, testing compliance with guidelines and legal requirements.
• Monitor store figures and perform data analysis as part of continuous auditing.
• Develop recommendations to address fraud risk and protect company results.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to stakeholders, including senior management and sales teams.
• Ensure timely execution of internal controls (ICS) and test control effectiveness.
• Support global internal audits and remediation tracking.
• Undertake special audits and contribute to the global store audit community.
