e&s Chadstone showroom, part of the JB Hi-Fi Group, seeks a friendly Showroom Administrator to greet customers and support daily showroom operations. You will manage payments, data entry, and deliveries while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Job Description

As a Showroom Administrator with e&s, you’ll be the welcoming face of our Chadstone showroom, supporting customers and the team through a mix of customer service and administration. Every day will bring something different, from greeting customers to managing vital behind-the-scenes processes that keep our showroom running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone

Processing payments, banking, reconciliations, and data entry

Coordinating deliveries and providing after-sales support

Assisting the team with general showroom administration

Helping create a seamless and professional customer experience

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or administration (retail, hospitality, travel, contact centre, or sales experience welcomed)

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment

A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude

Comfortable with basic computer skills and eager to learn
