Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administration (retail, hospitality, travel, contact centre, or sales welcomed)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities with multitasking in a busy environment
• Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Process payments, banking, reconciliations, and data entry
