Job summary

e&s Trading in Canberra invites you to join our showroom sales team who help customers achieve dream kitchens, bathrooms and laundries with expert guidance and tailored solutions.

You will consult with customers, manage the journey from quotation to sale and installation, and build lasting relationships while staying current with product knowledge through ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to guide purchases.
• Identify opportunities and confidently drive sales outcomes.
• Experience in a customer-focused role in retail, real estate, automotive, travel, etc.
• Strong self-management: prioritise, multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with great written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Join the team in our show-stopping Canberra showroom and bring our customers’ dream kitchens, bathrooms and laundries to life. As a key member of our sales team, you’ll deliver first-class service by pairing deep product knowledge with tailored solutions for every customer who walks through our doors.

This role involves:

• Consulting with customers to understand their needs, then recommending the perfect kitchen, bathroom and laundry solutions.
• Managingthe customer journey end-to-end — from quotation through to sale, coordinating delivery and installation, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining exceptional customer relationships — at e&s, we create customers for life.
• Staying up to date with product and systems knowledge through our comprehensive training and support.
• Contributingto a positive, high-performing team environment (and have some fun along the way!).

Qualifications

• Someone who genuinely connects with people and can guide them through their purchase journey.
• A natural ability to identify opportunities and confidently drive sales outcomes.
• Experience in a customer-focused role — retail, real estate, automotive, travel and similar backgrounds have all thrived here.
• Strong self-management skills — able to prioritise, multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented mindset with great communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient computer skills and confidence in learning new systems.
