Job summary

Pacific Motor Group on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Stock Controller / Registration Clerk to efficiently manage vehicle stock for multiple brands. This role involves coordinating licenses, registrations, and data accuracy to support the sales team and ensure timely settlements.

Ideal candidates will have a background in stock control, solid communication skills, and a current Queensland driver's licence.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience with stock control and inventory processes preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate data in systems used for registrations and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage stock across brands and locations on Sunshine Coast.
• Claim manufacturer incentives and bonuses where applicable.
• Maintain up-to-date data in internal systems for accuracy.
• Complete vehicle licensing, registrations, transfers, and disposals.
• Assist sales team with administration to ensure timely settlements.
• Highlight and resolve errors or discrepancies in processes.
