Frizelle Sunshine Automotive in Tweed Heads is seeking a detail-driven Registrations Clerk and Stock Controller for a permanent, full-time role. You will ensure every car is registered, recorded, and ready to go, providing visibility across the dealership’s vehicle operations.

You will manage registrations, maintain stock records, coordinate with sales and admin, and conduct regular stock audits while ensuring compliance with automotive regulations.

Qualifications

• Queensland open driver's licence required.

About the role:

At the heart of the dealership's vehicle operations, you will play a key part in making sure every car is registered, recorded, and ready to go, giving you real visibility across the business and a genuine sense of ownership over your work.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Processing new and used vehicle registrations accurately, so customers drive away without a hitch
• Maintaining stock records across the dealership's vehicle inventory, giving you oversight of the full vehicle lifecycle
• Coordinating with sales and administration teams to keep vehicle movements tracked and up to date
• Conducting regular stock audits to ensure records match physical inventory, a responsibility that keeps your skills sharp
• Managing compliance documentation, so you build solid knowledge of automotive regulatory requirements
• Supporting the wider team with general administration, adding variety to your week

About You:

You are someone who takes pride in accuracy and brings a calm, methodical approach to managing competing priorities in a busy dealership environment.

• Experience in a registrations, stock control, or automotive administration role will set you up for success from day one
