Levi Strauss is seeking a Stock Lead at our Gold Coast Harbourtown store to drive stock handling and delivery processes while delivering excellent customer service.

You will lead stock-related duties, support KPI targets, and maintain store standards in a fast-paced fashion environment. Immediate start and ongoing training are offered. The role includes a Sunday-Thursday 38-hour roster, generous employee discount, and a free goods scheme to support merchandising and customer service excellence.

Mansioni

• Lead stock handling processes including processing and unpacking deliveries, store to store transfers, replenishment, markdowns, and inventory management
• Implement a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations
• Support stock-related KPIs and partner with the Store Manager to action improvements
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service to every customer
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily
• Process sales whilst complying with cash handling guidelines
• Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs
• Assist in maintaining store appearance by adhering to visual presentation standards and general housekeeping procedures

As a Stock Lead with Levi's® you must be driven to achieve operational and sales targets and enjoy workingwithin a fast-paced environment.

To be successful for this position you will have:
