Job summary

Spotlight Careers is seeking a full-time Store Supervisor in Victoria to lead a busy retail team across Spotlight, Harris Scarfe and Anaconda. You will supervise team members, manage stock reception and replenishment, and support visual merchandising to uphold our high store standards.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, motivated, and excels at multitasking with clear communication. You will plan ahead, delegate effectively, drive results, and be able to lift 15kg while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• Stock receiving experience in high-volume environments.
• Back Dock experience supervising a small team.
• Hardworking and motivated.
• Excellent multi-tasking with clear communication.
• Ability to pre-plan and build strong goals.
• Takes initiative to drive results.
• Strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills.
• Must be able to lift over 15kg and use ladders.
• Available for full-time hours.
