Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Painter/Blaster Supervisor to oversee shutdown and maintenance works across Newcastle and the Hunter Valley.

You will supervise Paint and Blast crews across multiple sites, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to step up into a supervisory role within an established, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Painting and/or Blasting.
• Minimum of prior supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to oversee crews across Newcastle and Hunter Valley.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and White Card.
• Proof of right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Paint and Blast crews across multiple sites.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Coordinate resources and schedules for shutdowns and maintenance across Newcastle and Hunter Valley.
• Liaise with project teams and clients to ensure smooth execution.
