Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our NSW Operations team on a permanent basis. This local role involves working on mining and power generation sites across the Hunter Valley Region, with the opportunity to be home every night.

You will supervise crews, oversee shutdown planning, ensure HSE compliance, and drive quality and teamwork in a safety-first environment. This is a local, hands-on leadership role with a focus on meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience as a site-based supervisor.
• Australian recognised Metal Trades Qualification – Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker is required.
• CHPP and shutdown experience preferred.

This is a local role which will see you working on mining and power generation sites throughout the Hunter Valley Region.

What you will bring:

• 3 years minimum experience as a site-based supervisor.
• Must hold Australian recognised Metal Trades Qualification – Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker.
• CHPP and shutdown experience preferred.
• The drive to get hands on and lead by example.
• Strong ability to manage time to achieve tight deadlines.
• Experience in effective planning, scheduling, budgets, variations, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet Project requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
