Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced, trade-qualified Painter/Blaster Supervisor to oversee shutdown and maintenance works across the Newcastle and Hunter Valley regions. You will supervise Paint and Blast crews across multiple locations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This role offers a stepping-up opportunity for someone with leadership experience to join an established team.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Painting and/or Blasting.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate and oversee crews across Newcastle and the Hunter Valley.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Valid White Card.
• Proof of right to work in Australia.
