Direct Care Resources is seeking experienced Child Safety Support Workers to support children and young people across Logan and Ipswich, Queensland, in out-of-home care settings. You will provide stability, structure and encouragement to help them feel safe and build essential life skills.

In this role you’ll establish safe relationships, support daily routines, promote school attendance and community involvement, and work with colleagues to deliver consistent care.

Competenze

• Experience providing care to children or young people in out-of-home settings.
• Ability to remain calm and present in challenging situations.
