Direct Care Resources in Brisbane is seeking compassionate Child Safety Support Workers to assist children and young people across Logan and Ipswich. You will provide day-to-day support in home environments, help with school attendance and community participation, and use trauma-informed approaches to foster safety and independence.

We value resilience, strong communication, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Competenze

• Must hold or be enrolled in a relevant minimum Certificate IV qualification such as those listed.
• Current Queensland Open or P2 Driver Licence
• Reliable vehicle with current registration and comprehensive insurance
• Evidence of eligibility to work in Australia
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Valid Blue Card
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Child Safety Division LCS2 Clearance
• Ability to meet DCR and Child Safety compliance requirements

• Complete accurate shift notes, handovers and incident documentation
