DCR is seeking experienced Child Safety Support Workers to support children and young people across Logan and Ipswich. In out-of-home care settings you'll provide consistency, structure and encouragement to help them feel safe, develop life skills and participate in their community.

You will build safe relationships, support daily routines, attend school, appointments and activities, and use trauma-informed, person-centred approaches.

Competenze

• Experience supporting vulnerable children or young people.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
• Flexibility to work across AM, PM, weekend and sleepover shifts.

• Provide day-to-day support within a home environment.
• Support school attendance, appointments, activities and community participation.
