Job summary

Oral Health Victoria (OHV) is seeking a Statewide Systems Officer to be the first point of contact for users of statewide health applications, including EoHR, Unity and PACS Scan. You will guide clinicians and staff through system processes and help resolve issues quickly to keep care flowing.

In a scheduled contact centre, you’ll provide high‑quality service between 7:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, and partner with technical specialists to improve documentation, testing and continuous

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries and service requests for statewide applications.
• Provide guidance on EoHR, Unity, Titanium Legacy, NilRead, PACS Scan, and related apps.
• Collaborate with technical specialists to resolve user issues.
• Manage service desk tickets and maintain response times.
• Contribute to documentation, testing and continuous improvement.
