Job summary

Ambulance Victoria is seeking a State Manager, Regional Emergency Management to lead AV's new Regional Emergency Management team from our Melbourne office. The role drives capability and assurance across regions, coordinating with emergency partners to ensure effective responses and service continuity.

• Extensive leadership and emergency management experience.
• Command and control capabilities during major incidents.
• Ability to align regional delivery with state priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior command and control during emergencies and escalations.
• Lead Regional Emergency Management team across AV's regions.
• Act as liaison between Emergency Management Unit, regional leaders and external partners.
• Develop and implement regional emergency management strategies and plans.
