Job summary

Forensicare is seeking a Program Manager for the Victorian Fixated Threat Assessment Centre (VFTAC) based in Melbourne. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and drive innovative approaches to complex risk presentations within a statewide forensic mental health context.

The role focuses on operational delivery, stakeholder collaboration across mental health, government and law enforcement, and ongoing governance to enhance community safety through early intervention.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience within forensic and/or mental health services.
• Experience in threat assessment and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance and service improvement.
• Ability to collaborate with law enforcement, government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of Victoria's specialist Fixated Threat Assessment service.
