Job summary

Forensicare in Melbourne is seeking a Program Manager for the Victorian Fixated Threat Assessment Centre (VFTAC). You will lead the operational delivery of a statewide threat assessment service and manage a multidisciplinary clinical team across sites.

In this senior role you will partner with mental health, government and law enforcement colleagues, drive service innovation, governance and quality improvement, and influence early interventions to enhance community safety.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience within forensic and/or mental health services.
• Strong skills in threat assessment and risk management.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships across diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities
