You will lead strategic initiatives that optimise court performance, improve service delivery and strengthen workforce capability, using data, insights and innovative thinking to streamline processes and support registry and therapeutic workforces.

• Extensive experience delivering operational excellence in complex environments.
• Strong capability in performance monitoring, data analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Proven ability to resolve complex operational challenges and drive service improvements.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influence and negotiation skills.

• Ensuring operational continuity of court venues and services, including contingency planning, security and maintenance.
• Monitoring demand, performance outputs and staffing to meet objectives.
• Identify service improvements, manage demand pressures and develop strategies to manage delivery challenges.
• Foster an environment that supports engagement, innovation and high performance across teams.
• Foster a culturally safe workplace for First Nations staff and court users.
• Lead workforce planning, succession modelling, and professional development across court staff.
• Provide leadership on change management and strengthen registry and court services.
• Develop linkages with internal and external stakeholders to promote court services.
