Job summary

Court Services Victoria is seeking an experienced Court Registrar to influence statewide registry practice, drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance across court venues in Victoria. The role offers leadership in shaping registry standards and service delivery within a statewide context and reports to the Senior Manager Registry Practice.

In this role you will lead complex reviews, provide authoritative advice on court procedures and legislation, coordinate registry-related complaints

Qualifications

• Experience as a Court Registrar with understanding of Victorian court operations.
• Ability to prepare high-quality reports, briefings and recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with judiciary, court staff and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Review registry practices, drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance across court venues.
• Provide authoritative advice on court procedures and legislation; lead complex reviews and investigations.
• Coordinate registry-related complaints and contribute to strategic projects including new Case Management System.
