Job summary

Sport Integrity Australia is seeking an SIA Integrity Manager - NSW to engage with key state-based stakeholders, including SSOs/SSODs and NSW Office of Sport. The role focuses on increasing awareness of SIA functions, supporting policy implementation, and strengthening integrity capability across NSW.

The position requires collaboration between national and state integrity initiatives, representing the agency at forums, and developing resources for partners.

Qualifications

• Represent Sport Integrity Australia and promote alignment between national and state integrity priorities.
• Lead engagement with SSOs, SSODs, NSW Office of Sport and key stakeholders across the State.
• Work collaboratively with the Office of Sport NSW Sport Integrity Team.

Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption and implementation of the National Integrity Framework and Sport Integrity Policy Standards.
• Support sporting organisations to strengthen integrity capability and governance, policy alignment, complaints management and reporting practices.
• Deliver integrity education, awareness and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Participate and support existing state integrity networks and collaborative forums.
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across the sport integrity system.
• Provide strategic advice on emerging integrity issues and contribute to organisational objectives and culture.
