Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a State Performance Lead to work from Orange NSW, supporting services across Central West NSW. You will collaborate with the State Leadership Team to ensure top Centre Directors are empowered and equipped to drive strong performance and compliant practice across centres.

You will hold performance and people-management responsibilities for Centre Directors, guiding succession and continuous improvement to deliver outstanding outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership across state and national functions to drive performance.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action to exceed KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQF frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead centre performance across Central West NSW and support Centre Directors.
• Collaborate with State Leadership Team to align centre support and succession planning.
• Ensure centres implement effective systems and processes to exceed National Quality Standards.
• Support ongoing growth and development of staff and leaders.
