Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Support Partner in New South Wales, based around the North Coast region. You will partner with State and Centre Leadership Teams to uplift centre performance, build capability, and drive strategic priorities across centres.

You will coach and support Centre Leadership Teams to enhance operations, safety and regulatory compliance, and deliver improved outcomes for children while maintaining a proactive safety culture across the network.

Qualifications

• ECEC qualification required to work in ratio.
• Experience leading multi-site operational improvements.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with State team to identify priority challenges and focus areas.
• Monitor progress with State teams and decide next steps for centres or projects.
• Coach Centre Leadership Teams to implement action plans improving performance.
• Ensure Centre Teams are involved in decisions and accountable for actions.
• Complete goals, action plans and commitments with State teams.
• Provide observations and data to inform ongoing development.
